This group focuses on the design and development of automotive electronics, specifically within cross-domain computing products. Their advanced development activities aim to leverage digitalization to innovate in areas such as personalization, automation, connectivity, and electrification within mobility solutions. Their projects encompass a broad range of technologies, including multi-core/high-speed processors, wired and wireless communication, cyber-security, and high-power switching.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide essential support to electrical hardware engineers across a diverse product portfolio, including body computers, gateway communication controllers, power distribution controllers, and RF applications.
- Actively collaborate with team members to accurately understand and address task support requirements.
- Take the lead in conducting laboratory tests after receiving initial training.
- Perform detailed electrical hardware circuit analysis.
- Generate comprehensive development reports.
- Offer support for off-site vehicle testing when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years completed towards a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) degree.
- Preferably 3 years completed towards a BSEE degree.
- Preferably have experience utilizing standard laboratory equipment such such as power supplies, function generators, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers.
- Preferably possess experience with soldering.
- Preferably have experience collaborating as part of a collegiate team or club, such as FormulaSAE.
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least one semester completed.
- Maintain a minimum overall GPA of at least 3.0.
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
