This group focuses on the design and development of automotive electronics, specifically within cross-domain computing products. Their advanced development activities aim to leverage digitalization to innovate in areas such as personalization, automation, connectivity, and electrification within mobility solutions. Their projects encompass a broad range of technologies, including multi-core/high-speed processors, wired and wireless communication, cyber-security, and high-power switching.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide essential support to electrical hardware engineers across a diverse product portfolio, including body computers, gateway communication controllers, power distribution controllers, and RF applications.
  • Actively collaborate with team members to accurately understand and address task support requirements.
  • Take the lead in conducting laboratory tests after receiving initial training.
  • Perform detailed electrical hardware circuit analysis.
  • Generate comprehensive development reports.
  • Offer support for off-site vehicle testing when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years completed towards a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) degree.
  • Preferably 3 years completed towards a BSEE degree.
  • Preferably have experience utilizing standard laboratory equipment such such as power supplies, function generators, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers.
  • Preferably possess experience with soldering.
  • Preferably have experience collaborating as part of a collegiate team or club, such as FormulaSAE.
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least one semester completed.
  • Maintain a minimum overall GPA of at least 3.0.
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
