The TL;DR

• Mission: Grow the internal installation database and provide in-house support for the Field Services & Aftermarket team.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Documentation Gathering: Collaborate with Product Management, Aftermarket Services, Field Services, and Research & Development teams to identify and extract all available documentation regarding the extensive installed base, including data for installations spanning over 30 years.
• Database Development: Utilize strong organizational skills to build upon and expand an existing installation database, ensuring the team can quickly and efficiently recall stored historical and current data.
• Data Consolidation and Analysis: Apply strong Excel skills to consolidate and clean diverse datasets, creating clear blueprints that enable the team to understand and utilize information for making informed decisions.
• Technical Support and Reverse Engineering: Employ critical thinking skills to aid Aftermarket Engineers in the complex task of reverse engineering and repairing original equipment manufacturer (OEM) pumps, some of which may be up to or exceed 100 years of age, presenting unique technical challenges.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program, aiming for a Bachelor’s degree, in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Data Analytics, with a minimum of junior standing required by the Fall 2026 semester.
• Experience: No specific professional experience is explicitly required, but a strong academic foundation in the relevant field and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong communication abilities, both written and spoken, strong organizational capabilities, robust analytical and technical skills with a special focus on Microsoft Excel, effective presentation skills for one-on-one and small group settings, strong problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
