The Tone:
This is a seasonal internship at Entergy Louisiana, LLC, located onsite in Sterlington, Louisiana, with potential for Lake Charles. Entergy generates power, and this role contributes directly to supporting the Project and Construction Management teams within Power Generations. The intern will assist with critical tasks, gaining practical experience in the operational and engineering aspects of power generation projects.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Support: Develop elements of design change packages with supervisory oversight.
• Analysis: Perform engineering calculations within established standards and procedures.
• Problem Solving: Investigate corrective actions for operating problems.
• Monitoring: Monitor plant system performance and provide support for operations and maintenance activities.
• Procurement: Prepare engineering specifications for purchases.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career. Pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management or Project Management from an accredited university or college.
• Experience: No prior experience is required for this position. A cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher on a 4.0 scale is mandatory.
• Skills: Familiarity with various databases, Windows operating environment, and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
