What You’ll Actually Do
• Training: Participate in comprehensive orientation and C.N.A classes.
• Collaboration: Work directly with Licensed/Registered Nurses to deliver patient care.
• Patient Support: Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Resident Engagement: Interact closely with residents to build trust and understanding.
• Care Environment: Ensure a loving, respectful, and dignified environment for all patients and residents.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional seeking to enter the medical field as a Nurse Aide.
• Experience: No prior experience as a C.N.A is required for this training role. Must be able to obtain state certification within four months of employment to continue employment.
• Skills: Basic computer operation knowledge; Proficiency in reading and writing the English language.
• Bonus: High school diploma.
