Entry-Level Healthcare Sales Representative (Remote, Part-Time)

Are you passionate about healthcare and looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? Sell What Sells™ is seeking a motivated and empathetic Entry-Level Healthcare Sales Representative to join our remote team. In this part-time role, you will be instrumental in connecting individuals and families with Impact Health Sharing’s innovative health sharing programs.

About the Role

As an Entry-Level Healthcare Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of educating potential members about the benefits and value of Impact Health Sharing. You’ll play a crucial role in building trust, understanding individual healthcare needs, and tailoring solutions that truly fit. This position offers the flexibility of a remote environment combined with the dynamic nature of a client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outreach and Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential members through various channels to introduce them to Impact Health Sharing.
  • Educational Consultations: Conduct virtual consultations to thoroughly educate prospects about Impact Health Sharing plans, explaining features, benefits, and how the mutual aid model works.
  • Needs Assessment & Tailoring Solutions: Listen actively to understand potential members’ healthcare needs, concerns, and financial situations, then tailor and recommend the most suitable Impact Health Sharing plans.
  • Presentation Delivery: Deliver clear, persuasive, and informative presentations that highlight the advantages of health sharing as an alternative to traditional insurance.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, progress, and sales activities within our CRM system.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on Impact Health Sharing plan details, healthcare industry trends, and competitive offerings.

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, possess strong interpersonal skills, and are driven to help others navigate their healthcare options. While this is an entry-level position, a foundational understanding or related experience is a plus.

Required:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to clearly and effectively explain complex healthcare solutions to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
  • Basic Healthcare Acumen: Foundational knowledge of healthcare and medicine, or prior experience in related fields such as EMT, healthcare assistance, medical administration, or patient advocacy.
  • Training & Education Aptitude: Skills in effectively training and educating potential clients about products and services in an understandable and engaging manner.
  • Independent Work Ethic: Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, maintaining focus, productivity, and self-motivation.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or GED is required.

Preferred:

  • Prior Experience: Experience in sales, customer service, or within the broader healthcare industry is a significant advantage.
  • Relevant Certifications/Degrees: Any relevant certifications or degrees in healthcare, business, or communications are a plus.
