The Tone:
This is a Driver role. This position is crucial for maintaining strong relationships with our professional customers and ensuring the timely, safe delivery of automotive parts. Beyond driving, you will play an active role in sales support, inventory management, and maintaining store standards. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in this multifaceted capacity.

The TL;DR

• Mission: To ensure safe, timely delivery of automotive parts to professional customers, actively support sales, manage inventory, and maintain store standards.
• Tech Stack: Delivery board system, inventory systems (e.g., Back stock).

What You’ll Actually Do
• Deliver automotive parts safely and on time to professional customers, including picking, staging, and ensuring secure transport of items.
• Execute efficient returns and core pickups, alongside conducting daily collections for credit accounts.
• Actively support sales by distributing weekly/monthly flyers, promoting current sales and loyalty programs, and assisting with upselling and cross-selling products.
• Maintain store standards through general cleanliness tasks such as floor care, bathroom maintenance, dusting, and parking lot upkeep, as well as managing inventory through truck stocking, back stock, and cycle counts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with professional and walk-in customers, understanding their needs, recommending appropriate parts, and providing valuable insights learned during deliveries.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; proven ability in safe driving and navigation; experience using a delivery board system and operating inventory systems (e.g., Back stock) and store equipment.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal English, with Spanish as a plus) for building relationships and engaging customers persuasively; demonstrated sales aptitude and customer service orientation, including the ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions; strong safety knowledge and skills; capability to locate and stock parts efficiently; proficiency in basic math and the ability to read and interpret various documents like safety rules and parts catalogs.
• Bonus: Prior automotive parts experience.
