Media Management Intern | Premier Lacrosse League (PLL)
The Tone:
This is an internship at Premier Lacrosse League (PLL), located in NYC or LA (remote considered). The PLL is North America’s premier professional lacrosse league, featuring 8 elite teams and an exclusive media rights agreement with ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, and ESPN+. This role is crucial in supporting the efficient organization, management, and distribution of a wide array of media assets throughout the 2026 season for both the PLL and WLL. The intern will ensure content is accurately cataloged, tagged, and accessible for internal and external needs.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Media Management: Assist in the overall media management process, including organizing files, implementing naming conventions, and managing upload and distribution for diverse content.
• Metadata Tagging: Accurately tag metadata for PLL and WLL game footage, branded shoots, original features, and game broadcasts.
• Content Editing: Edit and construct stringouts for broadcast, partner requirements, or internal departmental use.
• Broadcast Link Distribution: Generate and share all broadcast game links for PLL season sharing sheets, facilitating internal and external distribution.
• Asset Tracking & Distribution: Restore and track assets for content creators and editors, and distribute requested footage/photos from current or past years to other departments.
• Data Ingest & Transfer: Oversee Data Ingest and Transfer (DIT) and the weekly collection of all media assets.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career. Core domain knowledge in media asset management and sports production.
• Experience: Experience in organizing media assets; experience in sports production.
• Skills: Strong collaboration, organization, and time management skills; familiarity with common codecs and various file types; proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro & Encoder.
• Bonus: Knowledge of lacrosse.
