What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop & Implement: Design, develop, test, and implement new technologies and applications, including building application modules using multiple programming languages.
• User Support: Provide essential end-user assistance within a helpdesk environment.
• Technical Collaboration: Support technical architects with infrastructure requirements and conduct project code reviews.
• Troubleshooting & Resolution: Investigate, debug, and troubleshoot software and application issues.
• Documentation: Draft comprehensive technical documentation and user guides.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related field. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of configuration management principles and the systems development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience: Demonstrated working knowledge of scripting and automation techniques. Familiarity or direct experience with database query language like SQL, along with programming languages such as Java and C++, is preferred.
• Skills: Possess a strong analytical mindset complemented by exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Candidates should also demonstrate a collaborative spirit, high curiosity, and a proactive drive to learn and adapt.
