What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Understanding: Develop expertise in your client’s industry, organization, customers, and business objectives.
• Problem Solving: Work alongside thought leaders to solve complex, high-impact challenges.
• Requirements Analysis: Analyze user requirements, business processes, and organizational needs.
• Client Support: Provide high-quality client support, answering questions and maintaining clear communication.
• Strategic Recommendations: Deliver data-driven recommendations for business decisions, resource allocation, and process improvements.

• Background: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. This early career role welcomes all majors, with backgrounds in Accounting, Business, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Management, and Management Information Systems historically being a strong fit.
• Experience: No specific prior experience is required for this early career role. Must be able to work in the U.S. permanently and without restriction.
