What You’ll Actually Do
• Operate Equipment: Learn to operate and support cutting-edge prototype and commercial equipment used in engineering and scientific laboratory environments.
• Execute Protocols: Execute critical design verification protocols for pre-commercial devices, contributing directly to product quality and safety assurance.
• Document Results: Meticulously document design verification results, including identified defects, anomalies, and deviations, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance.
• Support Operations: Provide essential support for general engineering activities and maintain an organized laboratory inventory, contributing to efficient lab operations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. This is an early career internship focused on supporting engineering and scientific laboratory functions.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required, but an eagerness to gain hands-on experience within a medical technology company is essential.
• Skills: Possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks; Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills; Be a results-driven and highly motivated self-starter capable of working effectively with minimal supervision and taking initiative.
