What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service: Welcome late-night customers and process their orders accurately at the cash register.
• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages with care, assisting customers with menu selections.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized front counter and dining area throughout the overnight shift.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other overnight team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Operational Adherence: Introduce promotional items, follow cash, cleanliness, food safety, and security procedures, and resolve customer issues.

The Must-Haves
• Background: No previous experience required; must be at least 18 years old and thrive in overnight work environments.
• Experience: Basic familiarity with computer operations and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Skills: Fluent in English with effective communication, basic math proficiency for accurate transactions, and a strong team-oriented approach.
