Sales Teammate | Buckle

The Tone:
This is a part-time retail role at Buckle, located in Fenton, MO. Buckle aims to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for its Guests. This role is crucial as it directly fulfills the company’s mission statement by providing legendary guest service, driving sales, and maintaining an engaging shopping environment. Sales Teammates are responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure Guests have a positive and seamless experience in the store.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Service: Greet Guests with an engaging attitude, answer questions, and provide legendary service by recommending and locating merchandise.
• Sales Generation: Anticipate and fulfill Guest needs by suggesting additional items, creating wardrobing experiences, and achieving personal sales goals.
• Store Operations: Perform cashiering, open and close registers, count money, and ensure all payment and loss prevention policies are followed.
• Merchandise Management: Present merchandise to maximize sales, ensure the sales floor is consistently sized, and appropriately display new freight.
• Client Building: Develop and maintain good Guest relationships to foster a client-based business and meet Buckle’s customer service expectations.
