• Mission: Solve existing pest and rodent problems for clients and recommend corrective actions to prevent future infestations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Deliver: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
• Resolve: Address and solve existing pest and rodent infestations.
• Advise: Formulate and recommend corrective actions to prevent future pest problems.
• Cultivate: Build long-term relationships with clients and community members.
• Safeguard: Protect homes and businesses from various pest challenges.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school degree or equivalent, with a dedication to customer service and problem-solving.
• Experience: No prior pest control experience needed, as comprehensive training is provided. Must be at least 21 years old, with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Requires reliable personal transportation initially, and comfort working outdoors.
• Skills: Great customer service skills, a strong work ethic, a safety-first mindset, and familiarity with computers and smartphones.
