What You’ll Actually Do
• Quality Provision: Deliver high-quality netting, equipment, wall padding, and products, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
• Project Support: Assist in the design, planning, fabrication, assembly, installation, and implementation of various field, facility, and stadium projects.
• Site Work: Potentially work on local job sites at different fields, facilities, and stadiums for installation or other project needs.
• Operational Efficiency: Ensure adherence to Loss Prevention policies and procedures, proactively identifying trends to reduce waste and maximize profits.
• Customer Resolution: Problem-solve customer issues as a leader, ensuring proper handling and elevation of customer satisfaction.
• Team Coordination: Stay informed and aligned with any open projects among your team members.
