Pest Control Technician | Viking Pest Control
The Tone:
This is a full-time, in-person role at Viking Pest Control, primarily working outdoors within client communities across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Viking Pest Control has been a leader in providing reliable, modern, and sustainable pest management solutions for over 40 years. This role is crucial for protecting homes and businesses by identifying and solving pest and rodent challenges and building strong client relationships, directly contributing to healthy, pest-free environments.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their pest control needs.
• Problem Solving: Identify and solve existing pest and rodent problems through effective treatment methods.
• Prevention: Recommend corrective and preventative actions to clients to avoid future pest issues.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with residential and commercial clients.
• Equipment Management: Operate and maintain company-provided equipment and vehicles.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position requiring a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience: No prior experience is required, as comprehensive hands-on training is provided. Must be 21 years old or older and possess a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
• Skills: Great customer service skills, strong dedication and motivation to succeed, a safety-first mindset, comfort in working outdoors in various weather conditions, comfort with computers, smartphones, and other technology.
