What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service while addressing pest and rodent challenges.
• Problem Solving: Solve existing pest and rodent problems for clients.
• Prevention: Recommend corrective and preventative actions to avoid future issues.
• Community Support: Help community members protect their homes and businesses.
• Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with the clients you serve.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum age of 21 years old.
• Experience: Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required; reliable personal transportation is needed initially. No prior pest control experience is necessary as comprehensive hands-on training is provided.
• Skills: Strong customer service orientation, effective problem-solving abilities, a safety-first mindset, comfort working outdoors, and dedication with a great work ethic.
• Bonus: High school degree or equivalent is preferred.
