The TL;DR

• Type: 10-12 weeks with rotational components
• Mission: To provide motivated individuals with a hands-on, immersive experience to gain insight into all facets of branch operations and develop into future industry leaders.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Explore: Explore various roles and responsibilities within the organization, tailored to individual interests, to gain a broad understanding of operations.
• Observe: Observe and engage with key departments such as Area Management, Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Leadership teams to understand their functions.
• Train: Receive comprehensive cross-functional training that allows for experience across a variety of roles within branch operations.
• Develop: Work alongside a dedicated, experienced mentor who will guide progress, offer regular feedback, and support professional development.
• Learn: Gain exposure to team building, professional etiquette, communication, leadership, and management best practices to prepare for future roles.
• Contribute: Contribute to meaningful projects, fostering teamwork and shared learning while working alongside skilled professionals and fellow interns.
• Network: Build lasting professional relationships with peers, mentors, and leaders within the organization, expanding industry connections.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an early career internship opportunity. Candidates must be actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related relevant field.
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow within a collaborative team setting.
