What You’ll Actually Do
• Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
• Diagnosis: Diagnose current pest and rodent infestations accurately.
• Prevention: Implement effective solutions and preventative measures against future pests.
• Relationships: Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers.
• Protection: Safeguard residential and commercial properties from pest threats.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level career starter with a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Must be at least 21 years old; no prior pest control experience is required, as extensive hands-on training is provided.
• Skills: Possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable record, comfortable working outdoors, demonstrate a strong commitment to high-quality customer service, and be familiar with computers and smartphones.
