Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms that power the core logic and intelligence of Jobright’s production AI agents.
  • Experiment with and continuously optimize Large Language Model (LLM) prompts, fine-tuning techniques, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to significantly improve agent performance, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Perform deep-dive statistical analysis on user interaction data to identify critical patterns, extract actionable insights, and drive data-informed product improvements and feature innovation.
  • Monitor model performance post-deployment, ensuring stability and effectiveness, and provide essential technical support during critical product iteration cycles to maintain seamless operation.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Recent graduate or entry-level professional with 0–2 years of relevant experience in a technical role.
  • Possession of a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a closely related quantitative field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, coupled with proven proficiency in key machine learning libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
  • Practical understanding of Large Language Model (LLM) architectures, prompt engineering methodologies, and the systematic evaluation of generative AI outputs.
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrated by the ability to clearly articulate complex technical methodologies and modeling results to a diverse, cross-functional team.
  • Must currently reside in and be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship or research experience specifically focused on Natural Language Processing (NLP), autonomous agents, or recommendation systems.
  • Experience in building and maintaining robust data pipelines and working with major cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • A strong technical foundation in SQL and practical experience in database management for efficient data extraction and feature engineering processes.
