What You’ll Actually Do
• Development: Develop and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms to power the core logic and intelligence of Jobright’s production AI agents.
• Optimization: Experiment with and continuously optimize Large Language Model (LLM) prompts, fine-tuning techniques, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to improve agent performance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Analysis: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis on user interaction data to identify critical patterns, extract actionable insights, and drive data-informed product improvements and feature innovation.
• Monitoring: Monitor model performance post-deployment, ensuring stability and effectiveness, and provide essential technical support during critical product iteration cycles.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional with 0–2 years of relevant experience, holding a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a closely related quantitative field.
• Experience: Practical understanding of Large Language Model (LLM) architectures, prompt engineering methodologies, and the systematic evaluation of generative AI outputs.
• Skills: Strong programming skills in Python, proven proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn, and excellent communication for articulating complex technical methodologies and modeling results.
• Bonus: Previous internship or research experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), autonomous agents, or recommendation systems, along with experience in building robust data pipelines, using major cloud providers (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), SQL, and database management.
