What You’ll Actually Do
• Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple in-store events, including children’s birthday parties and craft classes.
• Guest Engagement: Create an environment of fun and creativity, engaging clients of all ages in craft project completion and activities like face painting.
• Customer Service: Assist customers with shopping, provide fast and friendly checkout experiences, and enroll them in loyalty programs.
• Store Operations: Participate in essential operational tasks such as truck unload, merchandise stocking, store recovery, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Administrative Support: Handle necessary administrative duties, including client communication via emails and phone calls, and managing event-related paperwork.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Experience working with children and organizing children’s events. Retail and/or customer service experience.
• Experience: Proven ability to plan and coordinate multiple events concurrently and facilitate party add-ons according to company standards.
• Skills: Energetic and enthusiastic personality; Excellent people, interpersonal, and communication skills, including active listening; Strong organizational and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Bonus: Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production.
