In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in our power delivery group, contributing to the design and engineering of high-voltage transmission and distribution lines for a diverse range of clients, including electric utilities and renewable energy companies. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to develop comprehensive design documents, specifications, and drawings for critical infrastructure like wood and steel pole structures, along with performing essential foundation design and calculations.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and an eager learner. You thrive in a high-energy, client-focused environment, demonstrating initiative and adaptability to consistently meet project goals.

- Software and Documentation: Effectively use Microsoft Office Suite and other engineering tools to document work, facilitate team communication, and manage project data.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with experienced engineers and project managers within a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment that highly values initiative, teamwork, and continuous learning.
