• Mission: Identify and solve existing pest and rodent problems, recommend preventative actions, and build relationships to protect client homes and businesses.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service as a vital link between the company and clients.
• Problem Resolution: Identify and effectively solve existing pest and rodent problems for clients.
• Prevention Planning: Recommend and implement corrective actions to prevent future pest issues.
• Community Engagement: Build long-term relationships with community members by solving their pest challenges and protecting their properties.
• Autonomous Work: Work independently to manage routes and complete tasks.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be 21 years old or older.
• Experience: Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (Required). Reliable transportation to and from work. No prior experience is needed as comprehensive hands-on training is provided.
• Skills: Great customer service skills, dedication and motivation, strong safety-first mindset, excellent work ethic, comfort working outdoors.
• Bonus: High school diploma or equivalent.
