What You’ll Do:

As a Pest Control Technician, you will be a vital link between Viking Pest Control and its clients. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Solving existing pest/rodent problems for clients.
• Recommending corrective actions to prevent future pest issues.
• Helping people in your community by solving their pest challenges.
• Building long-term relationships with clients.
• Protecting homes and businesses from pests.
• Working independently in a fast-paced environment.

What We Need From You (Requirements):

• 21 years old or older.
• High school degree or equivalent (preferred).
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (required).
• Reliable transportation (initially, company vehicle provided upon training completion).
• Comfort in working outdoors.
• Exposure to computers, smartphones, etc.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position.
• 8-hour shifts.
• Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.
• Overtime opportunities available.

Work Location:

In person.

Upon successful completion of training, pest technicians will receive his/her own company vehicle with a gas card for all work-related driving. Technicians will also be scheduled routes/work in accordance with his/her location of residence to reduce drive time and support their own community.
