What You’ll Actually Do
• Transaction Management: Record and maintain accurate financial transactions within the Epicor Kinetic ERP system.
• Accounts Payable: Process accounts payable, including entering vendor invoices and verifying purchase order matches.
• Accounts Receivable: Manage accounts receivable activities, such as applying payments and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Reconciliation Support: Assist with account reconciliations and resolve any identified discrepancies.
• Record Keeping: Organize and maintain comprehensive digital and physical accounting records.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional with an Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products and general computer systems.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities; ability to maintain confidentiality with financial information; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: Previous bookkeeping, accounting clerk, or office administration experience; familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor a plus); understanding of basic accounting principles; comfort working with numbers and financial data.
