What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Engagement: Participate actively in and contribute to civil engineering projects spanning various service lines such as land development, transportation, and environmental studies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster continuous interaction with both internal team members and external clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles.
• Independent Contribution: Execute assigned design tasks and project components effectively and accurately while working independently.
• Team Participation: Contribute collaboratively within a team-based environment, supporting collective goals and project success.
• Project Management: Demonstrate the capability to manage multiple project tasks, prioritize effectively, and ensure timely completion of all deadlines.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited academic program.
• Experience: Possess 0-3 years of related professional experience in civil design or engineering.
• Skills: Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective internal and external interactions, demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, and show proficiency in managing multiple projects and adhering to established deadlines.
• Bonus: Prior experience with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD Civil3D, GIS, or MicroStation is preferred, however, V3 Companies is committed to providing comprehensive training for qualified candidates.
