What You’ll Actually Do
• Code: Code using a variety of languages such as Java, Python, C, C#, and Angular.
• Collaborate: Work collaboratively to develop premier solutions for internal and external partners.
• Design: Design and document moderately sophisticated technical requirements for business applications.
• Consult: Consult with business analysts to identify business needs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree completed in December 2024 or after in Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information Systems, or other Technology Degrees, with a 3.0+ GPA.
• Experience: 0-2 years of professional work experience.
• Skills: Capability to code, program, test, and analyze application software.
• Bonus: Familiarity with C#, Angular, .NET, Java, JavaScript, Python, and other relevant technologies; application/software development experience through internships or coursework; excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented with strong organization skills; ability to handle diverse workloads and multiple deadlines; experience in Excel and PowerPoint; technical aptitude to learn new applications quickly.
