Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to deeply understand their travel aspirations, preferences, and specific needs.
• Conduct thorough research and expertly book various travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, cruises, and tickets to exclusive sports and music events.
• Proactively promote and sell diverse vacation packages, with a particular focus on unique sports and music-themed experiences.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, providing support and assistance before, during, and after your clients’ travels.
• Continuously stay informed about the latest travel trends, emerging destinations, supplier offerings, and industry booking tools.
• Effectively manage your own work schedule and develop innovative marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate a strong personal interest in travel, event coordination, or sales.
• Possess a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work effectively and independently.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and internet navigation.
• A willingness to learn and master various travel booking systems (comprehensive training will be provided).
• No prior experience required – extensive training and ongoing mentorship from seasoned travel professionals are readily available.
