What You’ll Actually Do
• Recruiting Cycle Management: Manage the entire hiring process for assigned roles, from initial candidate sourcing to final offer coordination.
• Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and build pipelines of exceptional talent using professional networks, job boards, and internal referrals.
• Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough resume reviews and insightful interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain professional and transparent communication to ensure a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
• Operational Management: Accurately track recruiting activity, manage candidate records in the ATS, and analyze pipeline progress.
