About the Job: Executive Recruiter (Entry-Junior Level)

Compensation: W2 or 1099 options available (includes base salary or draw + highly lucrative commission plan)

APR Direct Hire is seeking a highly motivated, early-career Executive Recruiter to join our expanding team. This role is perfect for an ambitious individual eager to delve into the dynamic world of executive search and professional recruiting, with a primary focus on the Finance industry. You will be instrumental in managing searches and delivering top-tier talent to our diverse client base.

Working directly alongside experienced Account Managers and recruiting leaders, you will gain invaluable hands-on exposure to the entire recruiting lifecycle, while simultaneously cultivating crucial industry relationships and accelerating your professional growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting:
    • Manage the entire hiring lifecycle, from initial sourcing to offer coordination.
    • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to deeply understand client needs and specific role requirements.
    • Create, post, and manage compelling job advertisements across various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Candidate Sourcing:
    • Proactively identify exceptional talent utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, specialized job boards, internal referrals, and professional networks.
    • Strategically build and maintain robust candidate pipelines.
    • Effectively engage both active job seekers and passive candidates who possess in-demand skills.
  • Screening & Interviewing:
    • Thoroughly review resumes and meticulously assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
    • Conduct insightful phone or video interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Efficiently coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
  • Candidate Experience:
    • Maintain professional, transparent, and consistent communication throughout every stage of the hiring process.
    • Ensure an exceptionally positive and engaging experience for both candidates and clients.
  • Offer Support:
    • Provide support with the preparation of offer letters and assist in salary negotiations.
    • Facilitate a seamless transition through the hiring and onboarding processes.
  • Recruiting Operations:
    • Accurately maintain detailed candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Track all recruiting activity, monitor pipeline progress, and analyze key hiring metrics to optimize efficiency.
