Entry Level Service Technician | AutoNation

The TL;DR

• Pay: $25 hourly
• Mission: Efficiently and accurately perform vehicle maintenance tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Maintenance: Perform vehicle maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately, following repair orders and adhering to dealership and factory standards to enhance customer loyalty.
• Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to ensure a smooth production flow and provide effective customer updates.
• Documentation: Meticulously document all work performed on each vehicle on the corresponding repair order.
• Training: Stay current with factory technical bulletins and actively participate in factory-sponsored training classes to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
• Customer Experience: Provide an exceptional customer experience, fostering loyalty and trust with every interaction.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career, requiring a High School diploma or equivalent, and a foundational understanding of vehicle systems.
• Experience: 1+ year of experience specifically as an express/quick lube technician.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail; the ability to consistently follow established processes to ensure quality and safety; and possession of a valid in-state driver’s license with a maintained acceptable, safe driving record.
