This is a part-time internship at Fini, located remotely. Fini builds cutting-edge, accuracy-first AI solutions for customer support automation, empowering mid-market and enterprise B2C companies. These solutions handle high-stakes workflows like refunds and KYC verification, significantly enhancing Customer Satisfaction and reducing response times. As an Event Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of both virtual and in-person events, directly contributing to Fini’s outreach and engagement efforts.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Planning & Execution: Support the planning and execution of both virtual and in-person events.
• Promotion & Marketing: Assist with event promotion and marketing activities.
• Logistics & Operations: Provide essential logistical and operational support for events.
• Coordination & Liaison: Collaborate with team members to coordinate event schedules and liaise with vendors.
• Attendee Engagement & Feedback: Engage with attendees to enhance their overall event experience and gather feedback for improvements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional with an interest in Event Management, Marketing, or Communications; currently pursuing or having completed a degree in a related field is an advantage.
• Experience: Prior interest or experience in event planning and coordination, encompassing scheduling, logistics, and successful execution. Basic knowledge of event marketing principles and a fundamental understanding of sales processes.
• Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills, exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time management abilities, a proactive and collaborative attitude.
• Bonus: Familiarity with virtual event platforms and tools.
