What You’ll Actually Do
• Analytics & Reporting: Provide internal stakeholders with analytics, reporting, and insights using internal/external data and analytics tools.
• Problem Solving: Develop solutions to business problems using critical thinking and creativity.
• Data Management: Extract and transform data using SQL, identify data inconsistencies, and resolve data quality issues.
• Process Improvement: Assist in documenting procedures and running user acceptance testing of the Bank’s procedures.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Participate in, and may lead, meetings with stakeholders to convey purpose, outline expectations, and collaborate on program development.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current and ongoing enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program concentrating in finance, accounting, economics, business, statistics, data science, or a related discipline. Early Career.
• Experience: Completion of junior level coursework at the time of application. Coursework in data analysis, business intelligence, or data management required.
• Skills: Skill in computer and software including SQL, R or Python, Power BI or Tableau, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); basic knowledge of quantitative modeling principles and data quality standards; ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to a broad level of audiences; ability to multitask and produce high-quality reports, presentations, and analysis; ability to utilize discretion and sound judgment in decision-making.
• Bonus: Completion of some senior level or graduate level coursework at the onset of the program. Current enrollment in a graduate program preferred. Experience in banking, finance, accounting, or real estate preferred.
