Job Overview

As a Deli / Bakery Associate, your primary responsibility will be to prepare a variety of quality products for our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring fresh, appealing items are available throughout the day. Key responsibilities include:

• Product Preparation: Preparing a range of deli and bakery items according to company standards.
• Customer Engagement: Providing friendly and efficient service at the deli/bakery counter, assisting customers with their selections and answering questions.
• Merchandise Management: Efficiently moving incoming merchandise from the backroom to the sales floor, ensuring products are stocked and rotated properly.
• Food Safety & Sanitation: Adhering strictly to all food safety guidelines and maintaining a clean, organized work area to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for both customers and associates. This is critical to the team’s success.

Compensation & Employment Details

• Hourly Wage: $17 – $30 per/hour. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Additional Compensation:
  • Performance Incentives: Annual or quarterly performance-based incentives.
  • Premiums: Additional premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may be paid in specific circumstances. These premiums can be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Available Shifts: Opening, Morning
