Junior Management Analyst, DoD Programs | Scientific Research Corporation

What You’ll Actually Do
• Studies: Support organizational studies and process-improvement initiatives within DoD programs.
• Manuals: Assist in the preparation of operational manuals for various DoD programs.
• Data Collection: Collect relevant data for analysis.
• Efficiency Studies: Conduct work-simplification studies to identify efficiencies.
• Recommendations: Assist senior analysts in developing actionable recommendations for process and operational improvements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional with a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, Technical, or an IT discipline (ABET/CAE accredited). Alternatively, an Associate’s degree with four (4) or more years of relevant experience, or six (6) years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Experience: Less than three (3) years of experience in management-analysis activities. Must possess an active DoD Top Secret (or higher) security clearance and be a U.S. Citizen meeting eligibility requirements for Top Secret / SCI access.
• Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative abilities; demonstrated ability to draft clear, concise reports, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and policy briefs for senior leadership.
• Bonus: Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power Query, and Tableau; experience conducting process-mapping using tools like Visio or Lucidchart; experience with workflow-optimization studies; familiarity with DoD acquisition and program-management processes; excellent presentation skills comfortable delivering findings to diverse audiences; possession of a CAPM or PMP certification (or actively in progress).
