What You’ll Actually Do
• Safety: Understand and apply Incident and Injury Free safety protocols across all project activities.
• Project Phases: Assist in understanding the initial planning, design, execution, monitoring, and control phases of construction projects.
• Field Operations: Observe and gain hands-on experience with on-site construction processes and management.
• Technical Systems: Learn about the coordination and installation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Digital Tools: Work with advanced virtual construction technologies, including Building Information Modeling (BIM).

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a degree in a field related to the internship’s focus, such as Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Human Resources, or Marketing.
• Experience: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Skills: Possess strong analytical and logic capabilities, effective verbal and written communication, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously under time constraints.
• Qualities: Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards, with the capacity to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work.
