This role is crucial for students seeking hands-on construction management experience, allowing them to collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute to real-world projects.

• Pay: $18–$25 hourly
• Team: Reports to the Vice President of Operations, with day-to-day supervision by an assigned Project Manager, Field Manager, or Chief Estimator.
• Mission: To provide hands-on construction management experience and allow collaboration with seasoned construction professionals.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Supervision: Work directly under the guidance of an assigned Project Manager, Field Manager, or Chief Estimator.
• Experience: Gain practical, hands-on construction management experience across various projects.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with seasoned construction professionals, learning from their expertise and insights.
• Assignments: Complete assignments either at a job site or within the office, adapting to the company’s evolving needs.
• Contribution: Apply academic knowledge to real-world construction scenarios, contributing to project execution and understanding.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Available for the entire duration of the co-op/internship period (e.g., spring, summer).
• Skills: Strong analytical, verbal communication, and detailed written communication skills; ability to read and interpret building plans.
• Bonus: Availability for travel on an as-needed basis is considered a plus.
