Job Summary & Responsibilities
Kelley Construction, Inc., headquartered in Louisville, KY, is actively recruiting for 2026 Spring/Summer Interns. Interns will work under the direct supervision of an assigned Project Manager, Field Manager, or Chief Estimator. This role provides hands-on construction management experience, allowing interns to collaborate with seasoned construction professionals.
Intern assignments may take place either at a job site or within the office, depending on the evolving needs of the Company and the intern’s experience level and performance trajectory. The company is seeking team players who are looking for a dynamic company culture.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in a degree program.
- Must be pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Must be available for the entire duration of the co-op/internship period (e.g., spring, summer).
- Possess strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills.
- Exhibit strong and detailed written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to read and interpret building plans.
- Availability for travel on an as-needed basis is considered a plus.
