Graduate Security Engineer (Class of 2026)

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure the reliable operation of ultra-large-scale security infrastructure, adhering to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Design and develop automation platforms for core security systems, enhancing observability for rapid fault detection and resolution.
  • Systematically optimize service reliability, scalability, and performance through continuous improvements.
  • Build automated solutions to support the rapid iteration of large-scale production clusters.
  • Actively participate in OnCall rotations and collaborate closely with R&D teams to resolve incidents efficiently.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong programming skills in Go, Python, Shell, or equivalent languages.
  • Proficient in Linux systems, demonstrating expertise in networking and storage architectures.
  • Practical experience with cloud-native architectures, including Kubernetes and containerization.
  • Deep understanding of key DevOps components, specifically:
    • Infrastructure: Load Balancers, Nginx
    • Automation: Ansible, Argo CD
    • Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with a continuous learning mindset.
  • Strong team collaboration skills, driven by an ownership mentality.
  • Experience with public cloud infrastructure operations (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Cybersecurity product expertise, including Anti-DDoS, WAF, and HIDS systems.
  • Development experience for large-scale Operations & Maintenance (O&M) platforms/tools.
  • Experience with big data stack operations: Kafka, ElasticSearch, Hadoop, Spark, Flink.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $122,574 – $187,200 annually.

Please note that compensation may vary outside of this range based on various factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay forms one part of the total compensation package, which may also include additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.

Benefits are subject to variation depending on the nature of employment and country work location. Employees receive day-one access to comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, and various wellbeing benefits. Employees are also granted 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year, and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals based on tenure).
