What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations: Ensure the reliable operation of ultra-large-scale security infrastructure, meeting strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Automation: Design and develop automation platforms for core security systems, enhancing observability for rapid fault detection and resolution.
• Optimization: Systematically optimize service reliability, scalability, and performance through continuous improvements.
• Development: Build automated solutions to support the rapid iteration of large-scale production clusters.
• Incident Response: Actively participate in OnCall rotations and collaborate closely with R&D teams to resolve incidents efficiently.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An early career professional expected to graduate by the end of 2026, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field, or possessing equivalent practical experience. They should be empowered to pursue bold ideas, tackle complex challenges, and unlock limitless growth within the company.
• Experience: Practical experience with cloud-native architectures, specifically including Kubernetes and containerization. Additionally, candidates should have hands-on experience demonstrating expertise in networking and storage architectures within Linux systems.
• Skills: Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or Shell; proficient with Linux systems; and a deep understanding of key DevOps components, including infrastructure tools like Load Balancers and Nginx, automation tools such as Ansible and Argo CD, and monitoring solutions like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Bonus: Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with a continuous learning mindset, strong team collaboration skills driven by an ownership mentality, experience with public cloud infrastructure operations (AWS/GCP/Azure), cybersecurity product expertise including Anti-DDoS, WAF, and HIDS systems, development experience for large-scale Operations & Maintenance (O&M) platforms/tools, or experience with big data stack operations encompassing Kafka, ElasticSearch, Hadoop, Spark, and Flink.
