The Job: Sublet Coordinator / Repair Order Administrator
Responsibilities (Your Next Destination)
This role is responsible for managing and coordinating vendor invoices, repair items, facility invoices, closing out vehicle repair orders, and validating vendor quality. Key tasks include:
- Assigning and coordinating sublet work with external vendors.
- Setting up transport for all off-site sublet work.
- Communicating quality and time expectations with sublet vendors.
- Communicating any issues with sublet vendors to the Inspection Center General Manager (ICGM) and/or Inspection Center Recon Managers (ICRM).
- Reviewing all work completed by sublet vendors upon completion.
- Ensuring the accuracy of pricing for all sublet work.
- Processing and approving all sublet invoices.
- Applying vendor invoices to repair orders for close-out.
- Coding labor and parts to repair orders.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (The Good Stuff)
- Must be comfortable operating all types of vehicles at the Reconditioning Center.
- Ability to perform inspections and maintain detailed, accurate records of vehicle conditions.
- Familiarity with company standards to ensure each vehicle meets cosmetic requirements.
- Commitment to practicing safety in the workplace to eliminate hazards for oneself and team members.
- Ability to work cohesively with Management and team members to repair, reject, or approve inventory based on estimated repair costs and overall vehicle quality.
Requirements (What You Need to Get the Job Done)
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

- Requires visual acuity and manual dexterity to consistently operate a vehicle and other productivity machinery, such as heavy equipment and power tools.
- Ability to move objects up to 60 pounds.
- Requires the use of safety equipment, which may include but is not limited to face shields or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and other protective garments and equipment.
- May need to move into different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments, including tight spaces, such as underneath a vehicle.
- Frequently communicate with internal customers, exchanging accurate information.
- Frequently move about the workplace to access various machinery, vehicles, etc.
- May work in environments that are cold, hot, noisy, and wet, and may have fumes or odors due to vehicle maintenance.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English to ensure safe and efficient performance in a safety-sensitive/technical environment.
