Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to support the Construction team by meticulously evaluating Project Tracking Tool (PTT) project data. This involves identifying critical audit materials and proposing system or process improvements to ensure exceptional data accuracy and compliance across all construction projects.

Your Tasks

• Review Project Tracking Tool (PTT) data and assess critical Internal Control System (ICS) audit materials.
• Identify gaps and opportunities within existing processes to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
• Evaluate opportunities for automation or system updates to streamline data management and reporting.
• Collaborate effectively with Construction Project Managers (PMs) for essential data validation and verification.

Your Profile

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Experience with project documentation or construction workflows is preferred.
• A base knowledge of construction and real estate principles.
• Strong data review and analytical thinking skills.
• Understanding of project management fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
