The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Full-Time and Part-Time positions available, including weekends
• Location: In-person, Cincinnati, OH
• Pay: $16.75–$21.00 per hour
• Mission: Ensure the security and safety of client property and personnel by observing and reporting activities and incidents.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Observe and report: Diligently observe and report all activities and incidents occurring at an assigned client site.
• Ensure security: Proactively work to ensure the security and safety of both client property and personnel.
• Maintain professionalism: Uphold a professional demeanor and appearance at all times while on duty.
• Provide customer service: Deliver excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and colleagues.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career. Must be at least 18 years old. A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience: This is an entry-level opportunity, welcoming candidates who demonstrate a readiness to learn and apply security principles effectively.
• Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to accurately observe and report incidents. Demonstrate strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and visitors. Ability to uphold a high standard of professional demeanor and appearance, adhering to company policy regarding visible body piercings and tattoos unless specifically authorized. Capacity to successfully pass a lifetime background check and a drug test. Must be able to obtain and maintain all necessary state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.
