What You’ll Actually Do
• Event Support: Provide crucial on-site support during event execution to guarantee seamless operations and foster an overall positive guest experience.
• Partner Identification: Actively assist with event execution on-site, including identifying new partners and vendors to enhance event offerings.
• Logistics Management: Collaborate closely with Production Associates for event setup and breakdown, which includes the physical lifting and transporting of boxes, tents, and other essential equipment.
• Performance Analysis: Compile and rigorously analyze event post-mortem information to evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and pinpoint areas for continuous improvement.
• Opportunity Research: Conduct thorough research into potential event opportunities across NYC, exploring suitable venues, promising brand partnerships, and sponsorship prospects.

• Background: Early Career individual with a genuine desire to assist New Yorkers and passionately promote brand awareness on behalf of MetroPlusHealth.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously and consistently meet tight deadlines.
• Skills: Superior detail-orientation and organizational skills, exceptional professionalism in all interactions, physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, strong written and oral communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach operating with integrity and trust.
