What You’ll Actually Do
• AI Implementation & Contribution: Gain practical experience by implementing Generative AI and Agentic AI use cases, contributing to ongoing projects, and assisting with research, data analysis, and development tasks.
• Innovation Challenge: Participate in a team-based Innovation Challenge, collaborating to solve real-world problems, brainstorm groundbreaking solutions, and develop new ideas with expert support.
• Professional Development: Engage in weekly professional development sessions led by Dematic leaders, designed to hone professional skills such as effective communication and critical thinking.
• Team Engagement & Learning: Participate actively in team meetings, trainings, and presentations, while also utilizing self-paced learning resources to complement hands-on experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Early Career level.
• Experience: No prior professional experience is explicitly required for this internship role.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bonus: Entering Junior or Senior year of a bachelor’s degree program preferred.
