The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Account & Customer Support

  • Provide comprehensive support to Account Managers in fostering customer relationships and managing daily communications.
  • Assist diligently in tracking customer forecasts, managing orders, and monitoring program timelines to ensure alignment.
  • Actively participate in customer meetings and internal alignment discussions to facilitate effective communication and strategy.
  • Contribute to the preparation of professional presentations, detailed status updates, and comprehensive business review materials.

Project Coordination

  • Aid in the coordination of diverse cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Diligently track project milestones, deliverables, and action items to keep projects on schedule.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) tracking and provide timely program updates to all stakeholders.
  • Help identify and proactively escalate potential risks that could impact customer delivery schedules or project timelines.

Data & Business Analytics

  • Analyze critical sales data, backlog figures, and forecast trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Support margin tracking and contribute to pricing analysis initiatives to optimize profitability.
  • Assist in the preparation of key performance metrics reporting and dashboard presentations.
  • Contribute to improving process visibility and enhancing documentation workflows for greater efficiency.

Process Improvement

  • Identify and propose opportunities to streamline reporting, communication, or tracking processes across the business unit.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives designed to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in:
    • Business Administration
    • Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial)
    • Supply Chain Management
    • Project Management
    • Finance or a closely related field
  • Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and performing data analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through capabilities.
  • A genuine interest in customer-facing business roles or technical program management.
  • Prior experience with project tracking tools is preferred.
  • Previous internship experience or leadership roles in student organizations are a plus.
  • An interest in technology, hardware, or manufacturing industries.
