• Team: Collaborates across the Business Intelligence (BI) team, Operations Leadership, and IT Reporting.
• Mission: Provide the organization with actionable data to improve workflows and optimize business processes.
• Tech Stack: Tableau, Excel, Power BI

What You’ll Actually Do
• Create: Develop actionable Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards utilizing Tableau or Power BI.
• Collaborate: Partner with Operations Leadership to deliver valuable and actionable data insights.
• Train: Educate Operations teams on the effective utilization of the created dashboards.
• Support: Work closely with IT Reporting to develop reports that serve as data feeds for the dashboards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent; an internship-level role with a solid understanding of analytical principles.
• Experience: Previous experience contributing to the creation of reports; demonstrated analytical ability to interpret data effectively.
• Skills: Proficiency in Excel-type programs; excellent oral communication; excellent written communication; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
