Job Title: Strategic Initiatives Business Intelligence Intern

Job Summary

The Strategic Initiatives Business Intelligence Intern will collaborate with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to develop dashboards and other data visualizations. The primary goal is to provide the organization with actionable data that can improve workflows and optimize business processes. This role will involve utilizing tools such as Tableau and/or Excel to create visualizations that effectively represent data for various purposes.

What You Will Do

  • Utilize Tableau/Power BI to create actionable Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards.
  • Collaborate with Operations Leadership to deliver valuable, actionable data insights.
  • Provide training to Operations teams on how to effectively use the created dashboards.
  • Work closely with IT Reporting to develop reports that will serve as data feeds for the dashboards.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or general education degree.
  • A solid understanding of analytical skills, including the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel-type programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience contributing to the creation of reports.

Job Details

Job Type: Part-time, Flexible Hours, 24 hours/week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday, or Monday – Thursday
  • Flexible Schedule

Pay Rate: $16.00 – $17.65
