Job Description
The Creator Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in the execution of influencer and affiliate marketing strategies across Amazon, Walmart, and DTC platforms. The primary goals of this position are to drive sales and produce highly engaging creator-generated content. This role uniquely blends creativity, research, and organizational skills, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in creator marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Brief Support: Assist in developing clear and engaging creative briefs for influencer campaigns. This involves researching brands, competitors, and current trends on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, and helping to generate content ideas that align with brand objectives and audience interests.
- Creator Research & Vetting: Conduct research to identify potential creators and influencers for campaign planning. Evaluate creators based on their content style, engagement rates, audience demographics, and brand alignment to help select strong partners.
- Performance & Campaign Insights: Support basic analysis of creator performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and Earned Media Value (EMV). Learn how influencer content can contribute to broader performance indicators over time.
- Content Review & Compliance: Review creator-generated content to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and required disclosures. Provide feedback to the team to enhance content quality, clarity, and authenticity.
- Project Coordination & Communication: Aid in keeping campaigns on schedule by supporting timelines, communicating updates, and assisting in resolving common challenges such as content revisions, delays, or shipping issues. Maintain clear and professional communication with both internal teams and creators.
Experience
Required:
- Some experience with influencer or affiliate marketing (gained through internships, freelance work, or entry-level roles).
- Exposure to user-generated or creator-generated content.
- Familiarity with major social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Ability to write or assist with creative briefs or content outlines.
