What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Compliance: Promote and follow all established work instructions within the production environment.
• Equipment Management: Complete equipment calibration and setup tasks, promptly communicating any maintenance issues.
• Issue Identification: Proactively identify and inform the Supervisor of any quality, process, or workflow problems.
• Team Development: Participate in training Associates, mentoring new hires, and supporting cross-training efforts.
• Safety and Environment: Maintain a clean and safe work area, supporting and monitoring adherence to all safety requirements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or GED; entry-level role supporting production and quality standards.
• Experience: Previous experience working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; capacity to prioritize, maintain organization, and meet strict deadlines; reliable attendance and punctuality.
