Your contributions will directly facilitate improvements in workflows and business processes, playing a key part in aligning patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

• Mission: Provide actionable data to the organization through visualizations, improving workflows and business processes to support quality, value, and access in healthcare.
• Tech Stack: Tableau, Power BI, Excel-type programs

What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop Dashboards: Utilize Tableau and/or Power BI to design and create actionable KPI dashboards that provide critical insights for the organization.
• Support Operations: Work closely with Operations Leadership to deliver valuable and actionable data representations, aiding in strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
• Train Teams: Provide comprehensive training to various Operations teams, ensuring they understand how to effectively interpret and utilize the created dashboards for their daily tasks and long-term goals.
• Collaborate on Feeds: Collaborate with the IT Reporting team to develop foundational reports that will serve as reliable data feeds, enabling the accurate and consistent population of new dashboards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a high school diploma or a general education degree. This is an early career role for individuals possessing an understanding of analytical skills, with the demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret various data sets effectively.
• Experience: Possess experience contributing to the creation of reports, demonstrating an ability to transform raw data into meaningful and structured information for business purposes.
• Skills: Proficient in Excel-type programs, capable of manipulating and presenting data. Exhibit strong teamwork capabilities, working effectively and collaboratively within a diverse team environment. Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, crucial for presenting data insights and training operations teams on dashboard usage.
