Graduate Engineer – Transportation | MSA

• Pay: $68800–$110200 yearly
• Team: Transportation team, collaborating with experienced transportation engineers and planners.
• Mission: This person enhances community safety and connectivity by designing roadway and intersection improvements.
• Tech Stack: Bentley OpenRoads (preferred), CAD drafting software, 3D design software, traffic and intersection capacity modeling software.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Perform CAD drafting and 3D design for intersection and highway improvement projects.
• Analysis: Assist with traffic and intersection capacity modeling and prepare reports summarizing results.
• Public Engagement: Support the development of public meeting materials, including presentation boards and visual displays.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers and senior engineers to develop effective design solutions.
• Project Participation: Participate in project coordination and team discussions throughout planning and design phases.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering by May 2026, with a strong interest in developing a career in transportation engineering.
• Experience: No specific years required; previous consulting internship experience is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, aptitude for CAD drafting, 3D design, and traffic analysis.
• Bonus: Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam passed, experience with Bentley OpenRoads or similar roadway design software.
