Responsibilities
- Build and nurture robust relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
- Collaborate closely with clients to efficiently fill urgent position(s).
- Connect qualified candidates with clients, leading to successful placements.
- Proficiently utilize various recruiting tools and materials.
- Conduct high-volume outbound activity to source and qualify candidates and clients.
- Screen and prepare candidates and clients for interviews, and provide assistance in job offer negotiations.
- Perform thorough reference checks on candidates.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
- Must be comfortable establishing and maintaining professional relationships primarily over the phone.
- Act with unwavering integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
- Effective negotiation skills.
- A degree is preferred but not required; we value drive and aptitude.
- Successful completion of gpac’s comprehensive training program and all associated requirements.
