What You’ll Actually Do
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture robust relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates to foster successful long-term partnerships.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and efficiently fill urgent positions with suitable talent.
• Candidate Placement: Connect qualified candidates with ideal client opportunities, facilitating successful career transitions and organizational growth.
• Proactive Sourcing: Conduct high-volume outbound activity using various recruiting tools and materials to identify and qualify a diverse pool of candidates and potential clients.
• Interview & Negotiation Support: Screen and prepare candidates and clients for interviews, offering comprehensive assistance in job offer negotiations to ensure favorable outcomes.
• Due Diligence: Perform thorough reference checks on candidates, ensuring a complete and accurate profile for client consideration.

• Background: This Executive Search Consultant role does not necessitate prior recruiting experience, as comprehensive training, cutting-edge tools, abundant resources, and unwavering support are provided to facilitate individual earning potential. A degree is preferred, but not required, as the firm places high value on drive and aptitude. Successful completion of the firm’s comprehensive training program and all associated requirements is mandatory for this position.
• Experience: Candidates must demonstrate a consistent ability to perform high outbound activity for sourcing both clients and candidates. Establishing and maintaining professional relationships primarily over the phone is a key aspect of this role, requiring comfort and proficiency in this communication method.
• Skills: Essential skills include excellent verbal and written communication, effective negotiation abilities, and a steadfast commitment to unwavering integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset in all interactions.
