What You’ll Actually Do
• Defect Management: Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies within applications.
• Reporting & Analysis: Analyze testing results and submit comprehensive reports to the development team.
• Test Design: Create test designs, processes, test cases, and related product documentation.
• Testing Execution: Conduct testing both in the office and on the road according to established standards and procedures.
• Lifecycle Testing: Perform software testing across all phases of the design-develop-test-release-maintain software life cycle.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (relevant work experience can substitute for educational requirements).
• Experience: 0-3 years of experience in software testing.
• Skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience in network QA testing; knowledge of mobile technologies, operating systems, and testing tools.
