Retail Field Intern – Northern Ohio | Nutrien
The Tone:
This is a Summer Internship position at Nutrien, located in Northern Ohio. Nutrien is a leading provider of crop inputs and services, driven by the purpose of “Feeding the Future” and guided by a culture of care. As part of Nutrien Ag Solutions, the retail division, this role supports growers with full-acre solutions and sustainable practices. The intern will gain practical, hands-on experience, contributing directly to daily agronomy and operational tasks at a Nutrien Ag Solutions retail location.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Engage in agronomy and operations focused tasks to support the retail location.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the various functions within a Nutrien Ag Solutions retail location.
• Conduct tissue sampling as part of agronomic responsibilities.
• Perform soil sampling for agricultural analysis.
• Participate in sales activities and related assignments at the location.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a 2 or 4-year Higher Education degree program in Agriculture or a related field; Early Career level.
• Experience: Strong interest in Agriculture with a graduation date of August 2026 or later.
• Skills: Agricultural science principles (from higher education program); tissue sampling proficiency; soil sampling execution; basic sales engagement.
